Encouraging guests to participate (and learn from) their various initiatives, including the cyclic turning of the Solar Cooker outside the kitchen, collecting & drying the tea bags out in the sun to be used as firelighters later on & turning the used coffee grains & crushed egg shells into the Permaculture garden for consumption later on. Sourcing sustainable goods & employing, training & uplifting the local community are all part of their mantra.
