Type: Accommodation – Self Catering
Category: Service Excellence

Motivation for award: The Snuggery was nominated by a guest, Melissa Lotter. As she says “I love this place. The accommodation is top notch with the owner making great effort with the smallest details. The owner was really lovely and easy to work with and the whole experience just left me so in awe of what amazing hospitality is all about.” At The Snuggery, we are passionate about making our guests feel at home, comfortable and special. Attention to detail and clear communication is key and being available at all times is what we are about. We adore our town and want our guests to adore it too.

Region: Kwazulu Natal / uMngeni District Municipality

The Snuggery Self Catering Cottage

Your snug Howick stay

The Snuggery Self Catering Cottage is located in the picturesque town of Howick, gateway to the KZN Midlands. Nestled in a vintage, post WWII property with solid brick walls and oodles of character, the Cottage is ideal for one or two people. Whether over-nighting, or staying longer, guests are welcome to unplug (although there is good wifi), light candles, play card games, build a puzzle, read a book or head out and enjoy the sights and beauty on offer in the Midlands.
