Old School Tasting Room & Eatery @ Kasselshoop is a small tasting room situated on the R305 just outside of Stilbaai in the Southern Cape. Its home is on Klein Soebattersvlakte, home of Kasselshoop Cheese – a passionate and history rich family farm and owned by the current 5th generation of Kasselman.
Old School is a representation of how delicious and versatile Kasselshoop Cheese is. Various flavoured cheddar and gouda from Kasselshoop is paired with either different wines, beers, gin, port, chocolate, olives etc.
During Tastings, guests can enjoy the beautiful farm scenery with music playing in the back round, be taught the secrets to cheese making or enjoy stories of the Kasselman-family history. Children can enjoy the jumping castle, play on the jungle gym or try a fun Kiddies Tasting!
Old School’s kitchen prepares the best pizzas with Kasselshoop’s specially made pizza mix and the Nachos and Cheesy fries are famous for being smothered in their secret cheese sauce made from real cheese! Old School is a cheese lover’s paradise!
