Motivation for award: Mimosa Lodge has for years been renowned for its fine hospitality and superb cuisine. Our team stands back for nothing and go out of their way to make our guests stay extra special. Even after the hardships of COVID and having to work on reduced pay, they never slacked and kept on giving their best to make everyone stay even more memorable. It will be a great achievement for them to receive the service excellence award. They deserve it!
