Motivation for award: We are new to the tourism industry and in our first year we received a 9.1 from bookings.com for our first house Lahlekile Nathi, we opened our second house a few months ago and our guest love our homes and attention to detail as we used to travel and know what people are looking for.

Be one with Nature

Kruger Kumba was established in 2020 by Justin and Sonique, a Cape Town based couple who have an immense love for travel.

After visiting numerous countries, we were devastated to learn that our travels have come to an abrupt end due to the worldwide pandemic, Covid 19.

Our mindset shifted from traveling to travel destination.

With an immense love for ocean and bushveld, we decided to buy two log cabins, Lahlekile Nathi and Mugwenzi. Both homes border the world renown Kruger National Park and both only 100km to the exotic beaches of Mozambique.

As tourists ourselves we wanted to create a space where fellow local and international travelers can experience a true African bushveld adventure.

Our ultimate goal is to increase our footprint into Mozambique as well. This will give our guests an opportunity to book a bush/sea package, all at the click of one button.

Log cabins are our passion and we therefor decided to carry our theme across all future projects.

We look forward to sharing our beautiful homes with all the nature lovers out there.

We recently stayed at Lahlekile Nathi house in Marloth Park and it was amazing. The home was superb and we were visited by the Wildlife everyday. A very tranquil place. We will definitely go back. Justin and his Wife are great to deal with and made our stay seamless.
