Harties Cableway

The Harties Cableway is an adventure property with the only other cableway in south Africa. The trip to the top of the mountain is in the latest gondolas available seating 6 people. We have added a new addition – our two-seater ski lifts. These are not for the faint-hearted but offer a once in a life time experience The trip takes approximately 7 – 10 minutes to the top traveling above the ground over a nature reserve where one could possibly see small mammals and small antelope. On top of the mountain, we have several eateries serving Pizzas, Hamburgers, salads, etc., and an Ice Cream shop. The famous Lookout Deck is situated next to the top station offering delicious cocktails and beverages. We have a 1200-meter Dassie walk surrounding the mountain with granite information boards.

Our property is a perfect adventure and the rates are R280-00 per person for the cableway. One can spend an hour or the whole day relaxing and having fun.

The Cableway Cable is 2400 meters (2.4km)
The height above sea level is 1985 meters (1.98km)
The altitude from the base station is 345 meters
