Bordering on the forests and plantations of Magoebaskloof and the Woodbush Forest Reserve, Graceland Eco Retreat offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a unique type of Mountain Bushveld overlooking the Kudu River Valley. Graceland Eco Retreat is ideal for hiking and birding enthusiasts as it is famous for its unique birdlife.
Our guests can view a variety of game including our Giraffes named Elvis, Priscilla, Lisa-Marie, and their children born on the farm named Tennessee, Nashville and little Phoenix. There are also Kudu, Impala, Klipspringer, Mountain Reedbuck, Bushbuck, and more that you may catch a glimpse of whilst hiking, enjoying your morning coffee or sundowners on one of our terraces or pergolas with a view of the valley.
We are totally off the grid and we use solar power for all lights, geysers, producing our own solar pumped water. Our restaurant Pause use as much organic homegrown produce as possible or we source from neighboring organic farms. With this, we aim at creating our own sustainable world that we love to share with our valued guests.
Graceland Eco Retreat aims to be in harmony with nature and a way of living without compromising on any creature comforts.
