Motivation for award: Cedarberg Africa have been promoting the Cedarberg, West Coast and the Cape To Namibia route as well as safari destinations in Southern Africa for more than 25 years to the International Market. The Owner Kate Bergh have recently also opened a luxury 5 star lodge in the Cedarberg, Simbavati Cederberg Ridge. The area’s tourism is under developed and Kate is playing a key role in developing the much needed International awareness of the destination as an add on to Cape Town and African safaris! Cedarberg Africa have successfully sold safaris in Southern and East Africa and strive to show the International market the uniqueness that make Africa different!

THe Cederberg have to be experienced – to be there is like being in another world. Great get away from the rush of a city and to just be and be in nature. there is interesting history and rock art as well
