Take a walk through the gardens to the Protea Hotel Kruger Gate complex where you can enjoy buffet-style breakfast and à la carte lunches on the sundeck, or dinner under the African skies. Relax with sundowners at the viewing deck and bush bar overlooking the Sabie River, listening to the grunting of hippos and watching game come down to drink. Guests can enjoy easy access to the Kruger National Park through the Paul Kruger Gate, which is a mere 1km away from the resort. The swimming pool on the property is a delightful respite after a hot day of game viewing. For the more energetic, there is a variety of sporting facilities available locally.
