Bites and Sites Food Tours was started in 2010 to introduce visitors to the heart and soul of Stellenbosch, through food. We specialize in small group walking tours (2 – 8 pax) with a focus on local food culture in Central Stellenbosch and in the Kayamandi township. This serves to connect our guests to the people of Stellenbosch. In doing so the local economy is stimulated and job opportunities are created for a thriving community. We collaborate almost exclusively with family-run businesses and micro enterprises / small businesses and non-profits (the Village Museum and the Stellenbosch University Botanical Gardens). Here, at Bites and Sites Food Tours we are a small team bound by a shared vision for our town and for our people. We love our Rainbow Nation; as a result, we are passionate about sharing its flavours and its heart with visitors. We therefore consider it a privilege to be part of this family.
