AfriCamps at Hoedspruit in Limpopo is perfectly situated for your Lowveld safari, between Kruger National Park and the Blyde River Canyon. The area is famous for its close vicinity to wildlife and game reserves, cultural heritage, beautiful landscapes and, to top it all off, SA’s most beautiful weather. Eleven self-catering boutique glamping tents are dotted around a dam famous for catch-and-release fishing of Carp, Bass, Bream, and Barbel. The dam, surrounded by palm trees and visited by nyala, zebra, kudu, waterbuck, and bushbuck is also home to a large variety of bird species. Here you will take in the tranquil views and birdsong from your outdoor wood-fired hot tub or waterside braai area.
Our custom-made tents are fully furnished and equipped with a private kitchen, lounge, en-suite bathroom (with private shower and toilet), two bedrooms sleeping up to five guests in two extra-length queen-size beds, and an extra single bunk bed, an indoor fireplace, air-conditioning, and a wooden deck. There is an outdoor wood-fired hot tub next to each tent that is the perfect place to listen to the birdsongs or relax under the stars at night.
